My wife and I built what we thought would be our forever home.  We were both retired and had been for many years and lived in our serene home that we built  overlooking the Hood Canal. I was a retired attorney and my wife had also retired from the City of Poulsbo where she had worked for many years serving the finance department. We had no thoughts of moving until one day we visited our cousins who were living at a 55+ Golf course community in Arizona. We liked it so much that we decided to do it again the following year, this time renting a home in the same community for several months. As life would have it, the house we were renting came up on the market and we bought it! That began our plans for selling our view home in Poulsbo.
