My story is one of legacy. My sister and I were blessed to inherit several investment properties once my parents passed on. My dad, who only had 6th grade education back in the early 30's-40's, came from a very large family back. He left home to find his way at a relatively early age. He started off by picking oranges as he made his way to the West Coast and later joined the Army and Navy. He took on the trade of an electrician and later on became a builder. He built multiple duplexes so my mom could always have rental income in the event something happened to him. When he passed away, the duplexes were a great source of income to my mom and us and when my mom passed on at age 99, she passed on my dad’s legacy to us.

Grace came into our lives at a timely season. We hired her to help us sell sone of the duplexes as the maintenance was getting too much for us. Grace not only helped us notify our long term tenants, some of who had been our tenants for over 30 years, but she also  helped us with the details of getting the homes ready for the market. She handled everything with compassion, skill, and industry knowledge. The first transaction of the first duplex went so smoothly and we were so happy with the outcome such that we hired Grace again in subsequent years to sell five more multifamily properties for us. Grace exceeded our expectations each and every time.
